1. Who we are and which apps this policy covers
This policy explains how Hà Gia Linh, an individual publisher based in Vietnam, handles personal information for the applications listed below and the privacy and terms pages on halinhit.com. We use “Halinhit”, “we”, “us” and “our” as a label for these services. Halinhit does not identify a separate legal entity from the publisher named here.

Epose data practices |
The common sections and the notice for the app you use must be read together. An app-specific notice explains that app’s actual features and data handling. A feature described for one app does not mean that another app uses it. Additional apps will be listed with their own notice before this policy is used for them.
This policy does not grant permission for unrelated data collection. New purposes or features requiring your permission will be explained when introduced, and consent will be requested where required.
2. Information common to our services
Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and address your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information or another person’s photos unless necessary and you are entitled to do so. Email is handled through Google’s email services.
Purchases. For apps offering in-app purchases, Apple or Google handles checkout and payment. The app can receive product and transaction information and subscription status to provide or restore purchased access. The store may also provide the publisher with sales and subscription reports. We do not receive your complete payment-card number through the app. The relevant app notice explains any additional purchase processing.
Policy website. Our legal pages use Google Firebase services for hosting. We do not add tracking, advertising pixels or analytics scripts to these pages. Hosting still processes technical requests, which can include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and request times, to deliver and protect the pages. Google documents that Firebase Hosting retains IP data for a few months; this is not a fixed number of days set by us. See Firebase privacy and retention information. This notice covers these legal pages, not unrelated services that may also be hosted on the domain.
3. Purposes, recipients and international processing
We process information to operate the features you request, handle support and purchases, protect the services and comply with applicable obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract for requested services, legitimate interests for proportionate support and security, legal obligations for required records, or consent where required. These bases do not remove a consent requirement that applies to a particular SDK or feature.
Recipients are limited to the service providers needed for the purposes described here and in the app notice, destinations you choose when sharing, and authorities or advisers when disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Third parties acting on our behalf must protect information consistently with applicable law and our instructions; stores and services you independently choose also have their own privacy terms.
Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy describe their respective services. These references supplement, rather than replace, our explanation of data handling.
We handle support in Vietnam. Google’s email and Firebase services may process information in countries where Google or its service providers operate, including outside Vietnam and your country of residence. Google describes its applicable transfer safeguards in its international processing information and Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms. The arrangements depend on the service and applicable law; we do not promise storage only in Vietnam. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your request.
4. Retention, security and your choices
Support emails and attachments are kept for 12 months after the request is resolved, then deleted unless a particular record must be kept longer for a legal obligation or an active dispute. Records kept under an exception are limited to what is necessary and deleted when that need ends. Website logs follow the period above. Local app data follows the app notice below. Stores and independent providers retain their records under their own policies; deleting an app does not delete a store’s transaction records.
We restrict access to information we receive and use appropriate safeguards for its sensitivity. App data also relies on your device’s operating-system protections. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure; protect your device and export important local content to a location you control.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data-protection authority. You can contact linhhaofficial@gmail.com, naming the app and your request. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify the request and will respond within applicable legal time limits. We do not require you to send a complete photo library or payment credentials. We will explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil all or part of a request.
You can change device permissions in system settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We cannot remotely access or delete files held only on your device; use the app’s deletion controls. For information held independently by a store or a sharing destination, contact that provider as well.
5. Children and changes
The intended age range is described for each app below. Epose has no publisher-imposed minimum age for its photo features; access remains subject to applicable law, store age ratings and parental controls. Children should use the app with a parent or guardian's guidance. A parent or guardian should handle purchases and support requests where the child cannot lawfully authorise them independently.
Where processing a child's personal information requires parental consent or another safeguard, those requirements apply before that processing. Using the app or accepting these terms is not a substitute for legally required parental consent. A parent or guardian can contact us about information received through support or other services we control; photos held only on a device can be deleted through that device's Library controls.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take the steps required by law.
We update this policy when practices change and show a new effective date. For material changes affecting your information, we provide notice appropriate to the change and obtain consent where required. Merely updating this page does not authorise a new use requiring consent.
6. Epose — application-specific notice
Epose, for iOS and Android, provides camera capture, pose and composition guidance, photo filters and editing, a local photo library, and export and sharing. Its identifier is com.halinhit.epose on both platforms.

Permissions. Camera access is used for camera features. On iOS, adding an exported photo to Photos requires the relevant permission. Epose does not request contacts, precise location or microphone access for these photo features. You can deny or revoke permissions; dependent features will then be unavailable.
SDK diagnostics are separate from photos. Android uses Google ML Kit for scene analysis. Its published disclosures describe technical diagnostics, including app/device information and installation identifiers. Epose also uses MediaPipe on iOS/Android; Google documents performance and usage metrics separately from image inputs. See ML Kit privacy information and MediaPipe privacy information. Google processes SDK metrics under its policy. Local photo processing does not mean that all SDK communication is disabled.
No account, advertising or cloud library. Epose does not require an Epose account, display third-party ads or include a separate product-analytics service. It does not upload your photos to train a publisher-operated AI model. SDK diagnostics described above and information you choose to email for support are distinct from the local photo library.
Deletion and backup. Delete photos using Library controls. Removing the app or clearing its data can remove its local library and settings. Epose does not provide a cloud backup/recovery service, and its library is configured to be excluded from default operating-system cloud backup. Exported copies are independent and may be backed up by your Photos/gallery provider according to your own settings. Delete those copies separately where needed. Epose cannot recall images already shared with another person or service.
Purchases and deletion. Uninstalling Epose does not cancel a subscription. Manage the subscription through the store that billed you. Store records and any support correspondence have the retention rules described above.

1. Bên phát hành và phạm vi
Chính sách này giải thích cách Hà Gia Linh, nhà phát hành với tư cách cá nhân tại Việt Nam, xử lý thông tin cá nhân cho những ứng dụng được liệt kê và các trang quyền riêng tư/điều khoản trên halinhit.com. “Halinhit”, “chúng tôi” là tên gọi chung cho các dịch vụ này, không chỉ một pháp nhân khác với bên phát hành nêu trên.

Ứng dụng thuộc phạm vi hiện tại: Epose, iOS/Android, ID com.halinhit.epose. Đọc phần chung cùng thông báo riêng Epose. Tính năng của một app không mặc nhiên áp dụng cho app khác. App mới chỉ được bổ sung cùng thông báo dữ liệu tương ứng. Chính sách không cho phép thu thập dữ liệu ngoài mục đích đã mô tả; tính năng/mục đích mới cần được thông báo và xin đồng ý khi có yêu cầu.
2. Thông tin chung
Hỗ trợ: khi gửi email, bạn cung cấp địa chỉ email, nội dung và tệp đính kèm do bạn chọn. Chúng tôi dùng chúng để phản hồi, xử lý sự cố và yêu cầu. Không gửi dữ liệu nhạy cảm hoặc ảnh của người khác nếu không cần thiết hoặc không có quyền. Email được xử lý qua dịch vụ email của Google.
Mua hàng: với app có mua trong ứng dụng, Apple/Google xử lý thanh toán. App có thể nhận thông tin sản phẩm, giao dịch và trạng thái gói để cấp/khôi phục quyền. Store cũng có thể cung cấp báo cáo doanh số/subscription cho nhà phát hành. App không cung cấp toàn bộ số thẻ thanh toán của bạn cho chúng tôi. Chi tiết bổ sung được nêu theo từng app.
Trang chính sách: các trang pháp lý sử dụng dịch vụ Google Firebase để hosting. Chúng tôi không gắn tracking, pixel quảng cáo hoặc script analytics trên các trang này. Hosting vẫn xử lý yêu cầu kỹ thuật, có thể gồm IP, thông tin trình duyệt, URL và thời điểm truy cập, để phục vụ và bảo vệ trang. Google công bố Firebase Hosting giữ dữ liệu IP trong vài tháng; đây không phải số ngày cố định do chúng tôi đặt ra. Xem thông tin quyền riêng tư và lưu giữ của Firebase. Phạm vi này không bao gồm các dịch vụ không liên quan khác trên cùng domain.
3. Mục đích, bên nhận và xử lý quốc tế
Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu để cung cấp tính năng bạn yêu cầu, hỗ trợ, xử lý quyền mua, bảo vệ dịch vụ và thực hiện nghĩa vụ pháp luật. Khi cần cơ sở pháp lý, chúng tôi dựa vào thực hiện hợp đồng cho dịch vụ được yêu cầu, lợi ích chính đáng cho hỗ trợ/bảo mật tương xứng, nghĩa vụ pháp lý hoặc sự đồng ý khi bắt buộc. Các cơ sở này không thay thế yêu cầu xin đồng ý áp dụng cho SDK/tính năng cụ thể.
Bên nhận gồm nhà cung cấp cần thiết cho các mục đích được mô tả, nơi bạn chọn chia sẻ và cơ quan/cố vấn khi pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc cần bảo vệ quyền hợp pháp. Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân hoặc chia sẻ để quảng cáo hành vi giữa các dịch vụ. Bên xử lý thay mặt chúng tôi phải bảo vệ dữ liệu theo pháp luật và chỉ dẫn phù hợp. Store và dịch vụ bạn tự chọn cũng có điều khoản riêng: Google, Apple.
Chúng tôi xử lý hỗ trợ tại Việt Nam. Dịch vụ email và Firebase của Google có thể xử lý thông tin tại các quốc gia nơi Google hoặc nhà cung cấp của Google hoạt động, bao gồm ngoài Việt Nam và quốc gia bạn cư trú. Google mô tả biện pháp chuyển dữ liệu áp dụng trong thông tin xử lý quốc tế và Điều khoản xử lý và bảo mật dữ liệu Firebase. Cơ chế cụ thể phụ thuộc dịch vụ và pháp luật áp dụng; chúng tôi không cam kết chỉ lưu dữ liệu tại Việt Nam. Bạn có thể liên hệ để hỏi về biện pháp bảo vệ liên quan đến yêu cầu của mình.
4. Lưu giữ, bảo vệ và quyền của bạn
Email hỗ trợ và tệp đính kèm được giữ 12 tháng sau khi giải quyết xong yêu cầu, sau đó xóa, trừ hồ sơ cần giữ lâu hơn theo nghĩa vụ pháp lý hoặc tranh chấp đang diễn ra. Hồ sơ thuộc ngoại lệ chỉ giữ trong phạm vi cần thiết và được xóa khi hết lý do lưu giữ. Log website theo thời hạn ở trên; dữ liệu local theo phụ lục app. Store và nhà cung cấp độc lập giữ hồ sơ theo chính sách của họ; xóa app không xóa lịch sử giao dịch tại store.
Chúng tôi giới hạn người được truy cập thông tin nhận được và áp dụng biện pháp phù hợp với độ nhạy cảm. Dữ liệu trong app còn dựa vào bảo vệ của hệ điều hành. Không thể bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối; hãy bảo vệ thiết bị và xuất bản sao nội dung quan trọng tới nơi bạn kiểm soát.
Tùy nơi cư trú, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, sửa, xóa, nhận bản sao, hạn chế/phản đối xử lý, rút lại đồng ý và khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu. Gửi yêu cầu tới linhhaofficial@gmail.com, nêu app liên quan. Chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu thông tin tối thiểu để xác minh và phản hồi trong thời hạn luật định; không yêu cầu toàn bộ thư viện ảnh hoặc thông tin đăng nhập thanh toán. Nếu không thể đáp ứng một phần yêu cầu theo pháp luật, chúng tôi sẽ giải thích lý do.
Bạn có thể thay quyền trong cài đặt hệ thống. Rút đồng ý không làm mất tính hợp pháp của xử lý trước đó. Chúng tôi không thể xóa từ xa tệp chỉ nằm trên thiết bị; hãy dùng chức năng xóa trong app. Với dữ liệu do store/nơi nhận chia sẻ quản lý độc lập, liên hệ bên đó khi cần.
5. Trẻ em và thay đổi chính sách
Nhóm tuổi được mô tả theo từng app. Epose không đặt độ tuổi tối thiểu riêng cho các tính năng chụp ảnh; việc truy cập vẫn tuân theo pháp luật, phân loại độ tuổi của store và kiểm soát của phụ huynh. Trẻ em nên sử dụng với sự hướng dẫn của cha mẹ/người giám hộ. Cha mẹ/người giám hộ nên thực hiện mua hàng và yêu cầu hỗ trợ khi trẻ chưa thể tự cho phép các hoạt động đó theo pháp luật.
Khi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ cần sự đồng ý của phụ huynh hoặc biện pháp bảo vệ khác, phải đáp ứng yêu cầu đó trước khi xử lý. Việc dùng app hoặc chấp nhận điều khoản không thay thế sự đồng ý hợp lệ theo pháp luật. Phụ huynh có thể liên hệ về dữ liệu đã gửi qua hỗ trợ/dịch vụ do chúng tôi quản lý; ảnh chỉ nằm trên máy có thể xóa bằng Library trên thiết bị đó.
Nếu bạn cho rằng trẻ em đã cung cấp dữ liệu cho chúng tôi không phù hợp, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi kiểm tra và xử lý theo pháp luật.
Khi thay đổi cách xử lý dữ liệu, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày hiệu lực, thông báo thay đổi quan trọng bằng cách phù hợp và xin đồng ý khi bắt buộc. Chỉ cập nhật văn bản không tạo ra sự đồng ý cho mục đích mới.
6. Thông báo riêng cho Epose
Epose — iOS/Android — com.halinhit.epose hỗ trợ camera, hướng dẫn dáng/bố cục, màu/chỉnh ảnh, thư viện local và xuất/chia sẻ.
- Camera và ảnh: xử lý hình ảnh/chỉnh sửa trên thiết bị; không tải camera live hoặc thư viện lên máy chủ của nhà phát hành hay dịch vụ cloud AI.
- Điểm cơ thể, nhãn cảnh, hướng thiết bị: dùng local khi phân tích camera để căn mẫu; không lập hồ sơ danh tính hoặc nhận diện bạn là ai.
- Ảnh gốc, preview, recipe và metadata: lưu trong tệp/database local để quản lý, xem và chỉnh ảnh, tới khi xóa hoặc xóa dữ liệu app. Metadata gồm thời điểm tạo và thông số chỉnh sửa.
- Ngôn ngữ/cài đặt/yêu thích: lưu trên máy. Ngôn ngữ ban đầu theo thiết bị, không theo GPS.
- Xuất/chia sẻ: chỉ chuyển ảnh được chọn tới thư viện hệ thống hoặc app/nơi nhận bạn chọn. Bên nhận quản lý bản sao của họ.
- Epose Pro: store và app xử lý thông tin giao dịch/quyền sử dụng để cấp hoặc khôi phục Pro. Không có backend xác minh receipt riêng của nhà phát hành; app không lưu một cơ sở dữ liệu receipt/token vĩnh viễn riêng.
Quyền: camera phục vụ chụp ảnh; iOS yêu cầu quyền tương ứng để thêm ảnh xuất vào Photos. Các tính năng này không xin danh bạ, vị trí chính xác hoặc micro. Từ chối/rút quyền sẽ làm tính năng liên quan không hoạt động.
Chẩn đoán SDK khác với ảnh: Android dùng ML Kit; hai nền tảng dùng MediaPipe. Các tài liệu Google có công bố dữ liệu kỹ thuật/metrics ngoài dữ liệu ảnh đầu vào. Google xử lý metrics theo chính sách của mình. Xem các nguồn SDK trong phần tiếng Anh. Việc xử lý ảnh local không có nghĩa mọi kết nối SDK đều bị tắt.
Tài khoản, quảng cáo và cloud: không cần tài khoản Epose, không hiển thị quảng cáo bên thứ ba và không tích hợp dịch vụ product analytics riêng. Epose không tải ảnh của bạn để huấn luyện model do nhà phát hành vận hành. Metrics SDK và thông tin bạn chủ động gửi hỗ trợ khác với thư viện ảnh local.
Xóa và sao lưu: dùng chức năng xóa trong Library. Gỡ app/xóa dữ liệu có thể xóa thư viện và cài đặt local. Epose không có dịch vụ cloud backup/khôi phục; thư viện được cấu hình loại khỏi backup cloud mặc định của hệ điều hành. Bản đã xuất tồn tại độc lập và có thể được Photos/gallery sao lưu theo cài đặt của bạn; hãy xóa riêng khi cần. Chúng tôi không thu hồi được ảnh đã chia sẻ tới người/dịch vụ khác.
Gói mua: gỡ Epose không hủy subscription. Quản lý tại store đã thanh toán. Hồ sơ store và email hỗ trợ có thời hạn lưu theo phần chung ở trên.
