1. Publisher and scope
These terms describe the use of the applications listed below, provided by Hà Gia Linh, an individual publisher based in Vietnam, referred to as “Halinhit”, “we”, “us” or “our”. Halinhit is a label for these services, not a separate legal entity. Contact: linhhaofficial@gmail.com; postal contact: Cam Gia, An Tuong, Vinh Tuong, Vinh Phuc, Vietnam.

Read these common terms together with the notice for the app you use and the terms displayed by the store for your purchase. Additional apps will be listed with their applicable terms before being covered. A purchase in one app does not grant access to other apps unless the offer expressly says so.
The applicable app-store licence and mandatory law take precedence where these terms conflict with them. For an App Store download with no custom EULA, the Apple Standard EULA applies. These terms provide additional service and purchase information and do not purport to replace that EULA. If you do not accept the applicable terms, do not continue using the app; any cancellation or refund remains subject to your store and statutory rights.
2. Using our apps and content
Epose does not impose an additional minimum age for its photo features. Store restrictions, parental controls and applicable law still apply. If you cannot independently enter into these terms or authorise a purchase under applicable law, involve your parent or legal guardian before doing so. This statement does not bypass store purchase approval or any consent required for processing a child's information.
Subject to applicable terms and any required purchase, you may use the app and included reference material for its intended functions on devices you are entitled to use. You must respect the rights of people whose photos or other content you capture, edit or share, and obtain permission when required. Do not use the app to violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, harass others, bypass purchase protections, or unlawfully redistribute the app, its reference library or other protected materials. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law or an open-source licence grants you.
You retain your rights in your own photos and other original content. We do not acquire ownership of your photos merely because you use the app. Processing needed to perform an edit or a sharing action you request does not grant us a general right to publish or advertise using your photos. Our app, brand, reference assets and software remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. The Privacy Policy explains information handling.
3. Free features and purchases
Some apps provide free features and optional paid access. The app’s offer screen explains what is included, the billing period, the price charged and any eligibility conditions. Review the store confirmation before purchasing. Availability, taxes and prices can vary by store or region.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the store’s deadline and process. The store charges the payment method on your store account. A displayed monthly equivalent for a multi-month or annual plan is a comparison, not an instalment schedule: the total shown for the billing period is charged. Savings, when shown, compare the same app’s available monthly plan in the same currency. Future price changes follow the store’s notice and consent requirements and applicable law.
Any trial or introductory offer applies only if expressly shown and confirmed at checkout, with its duration, eligibility and subsequent price. A free app download does not itself mean that a subscription or trial is free.
4. Cancel, restore and request help
Manage or cancel through the store that billed you, using the app’s subscription-management link or the store’s subscription settings. Uninstalling an app, deleting photos or emailing support does not by itself cancel a store subscription.
Cancellation normally stops future renewal and leaves access until the end of the paid period, subject to the store’s rules, refunds, revocation and applicable law. Refund eligibility and any statutory right to withdraw remain governed by the relevant store and applicable law. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or promise automatic refunds outside those processes. Contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate route.
Use Restore Purchases where available while signed in to the store account used for the purchase. Restoration depends on current entitlement and store availability. Access is not automatically transferable between Apple and Google or across our different apps. Store billing is independent of any app-local data; restoring a purchase does not restore a deleted local photo library.
5. Availability, safety and responsibility
Compatibility and results vary with device hardware, operating-system version, permissions and conditions of use. We aim to maintain useful and reliable apps but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular artistic result. Keep separate copies of important content where the app uses local storage.
Use camera guidance only when it is safe to do so. Do not enter unsafe areas, obstruct others or perform a pose that could cause injury to follow a suggestion. Guidance is a creative aid, not a safety assessment or professional instruction.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. We do not require a waiver of those protections as a condition of using the app. Any limitation permitted by applicable law must be read subject to those rights.
6. Changes, ending use and disputes
We may update features or these terms, with appropriate notice for material changes. Where a change affects a paid service, we will respect existing purchase rights, store requirements and applicable law; continued use is not a substitute for consent where consent is required. The updated effective date appears above.
You may stop using the app at any time. Cancel a paid subscription separately if you do not wish it to renew. Material misuse may lead to restrictions where technically available and lawful; this does not create an unrestricted right to confiscate paid access or delete your local photos.
Contact linhhaofficial@gmail.com first if you have a problem. Applicable mandatory law and the governing provisions of the relevant store licence remain effective. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive collective-action rights or require consumers to abandon the courts and protections available under applicable law.
7. Epose and Epose Pro
Epose provides photo capture, pose references, composition guides, filters, basic editing, a local library, export and sharing. References and automated guidance are aids; they do not guarantee pose matching, accurate real-world measurements or a particular photograph. Some reference images are AI-generated illustrations.
The current Free collection includes 15 pose references, 10 compositions, and Original plus four colour looks. Epose Pro unlocks the full available pose, composition and colour catalogue while your entitlement is active. Purchases support access to the existing catalogue; no specific schedule or number of future additions is promised.
Where offered by the store, Epose Pro has 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month subscription periods. Available periods and actual prices are those displayed in the app and store confirmation. Payment is via Google Play on Android and Apple’s in-app purchase system on iOS. There is no separate Epose account for linking purchases across stores.
When Pro access ends, free camera features and access to your already-saved photos remain available. Previously saved edits can still be viewed and exported; selecting new paid content requires active Pro access. Access may need to be refreshed from the store, so permanent offline verification is not promised.
Epose stores its library on your device and does not provide a cloud backup or recovery service. Export important photos before uninstalling, clearing data, changing devices or resetting your phone. Copies exported to a system photo library or another service are managed separately. Restoring Pro does not recover deleted photos.

1. Bên phát hành và phạm vi
Điều khoản này áp dụng cho các ứng dụng liệt kê dưới đây do Hà Gia Linh, nhà phát hành với tư cách cá nhân tại Việt Nam, cung cấp. “Halinhit”, “chúng tôi” là tên gọi chung của dịch vụ, không phải pháp nhân khác. Ứng dụng hiện được liệt kê: Epose — iOS/Android — com.halinhit.epose, với điều kiện riêng. Đọc phần chung cùng phần riêng và điều kiện mua trên store. App tương lai sẽ được bổ sung cùng điều khoản phù hợp. Mua quyền trong một app không tự mở khóa app khác, trừ khi ưu đãi ghi rõ.
Giấy phép của store và pháp luật bắt buộc được ưu tiên khi có xung đột. Với app tải từ App Store không có EULA riêng, Apple Standard EULA áp dụng; văn bản này bổ sung thông tin dịch vụ/mua hàng, không thay EULA đó. Nếu không đồng ý điều khoản áp dụng, bạn không nên tiếp tục sử dụng; quyền hủy/hoàn tiền vẫn theo store và pháp luật.
2. Sử dụng và nội dung
Epose không đặt thêm độ tuổi tối thiểu cho tính năng chụp ảnh. Giới hạn của store, kiểm soát phụ huynh và pháp luật vẫn áp dụng. Nếu chưa thể tự giao kết điều khoản hoặc cho phép mua hàng theo pháp luật, bạn cần cha mẹ/người giám hộ tham gia trước khi thực hiện. Nội dung này không bỏ qua phê duyệt mua của store hoặc sự đồng ý bắt buộc khi xử lý dữ liệu của trẻ.
Bạn được dùng app và tài liệu tham khảo theo chức năng dự kiến, trên thiết bị bạn có quyền dùng, tuân thủ điều khoản và quyền mua cần thiết. Hãy tôn trọng quyền của người xuất hiện trong ảnh/nội dung, xin phép khi bắt buộc. Không xâm phạm riêng tư, bản quyền, quấy rối, vượt cơ chế mua hoặc phân phối trái phép app/kho mẫu. Điều này không hạn chế quyền mà pháp luật hoặc giấy phép mã nguồn mở cho phép.
Bạn giữ quyền đối với ảnh và nội dung gốc của mình. Việc dùng app không chuyển quyền sở hữu ảnh cho chúng tôi. Xử lý để thực hiện thao tác chỉnh/chia sẻ bạn yêu cầu không cho chúng tôi quyền chung để đăng ảnh hoặc dùng quảng cáo. Phần mềm, thương hiệu và kho mẫu thuộc quyền của chủ thể tương ứng. Việc xử lý thông tin được mô tả tại Privacy Policy.
3. Free và mua trong ứng dụng
Một số app có chức năng miễn phí và quyền trả phí tùy chọn. Màn hình gói mô tả quyền lợi, kỳ, tổng giá thu và điều kiện; hãy kiểm tra xác nhận của store trước khi mua. Gói, thuế và giá có thể khác theo vùng/store.
Subscription tự gia hạn trừ khi được hủy theo thời hạn và quy trình store. Store thu tiền từ phương thức thanh toán trên tài khoản store. Giá bình quân/tháng của gói nhiều tháng/năm chỉ để so sánh, không phải trả góp: tổng giá cả kỳ được hiển thị là khoản thu. Nếu có tiết kiệm, phép so sánh dùng gói tháng cùng app/cùng tiền tệ đang có. Đổi giá tuân theo quy trình thông báo/đồng ý của store và pháp luật.
Trial hoặc ưu đãi chỉ áp dụng khi được ghi rõ và xác nhận tại checkout, gồm kỳ, điều kiện và giá tiếp theo. Tải app miễn phí không đồng nghĩa gói hoặc trial miễn phí.
4. Hủy, khôi phục và hỗ trợ
Quản lý/hủy tại store đã thanh toán qua liên kết trong app hoặc phần subscription của store. Gỡ app, xóa ảnh hay gửi email hỗ trợ không tự hủy subscription.
Thông thường việc hủy dừng lần gia hạn tiếp theo và giữ quyền đến hết kỳ đã trả, tùy quy tắc store, hoàn tiền, thu hồi quyền và pháp luật. Quyền hoàn tiền/rút khỏi giao dịch theo store và luật áp dụng. Chúng tôi không đặt quy tắc tuyệt đối “không hoàn tiền” hoặc hứa hoàn tự động ngoài các quy trình đó. Có thể liên hệ hỗ trợ để tìm đúng cách xử lý.
Khôi phục giao dịch bằng tài khoản store đã mua, khi chức năng có sẵn. Khôi phục phụ thuộc quyền hiện tại và dịch vụ store. Quyền không tự chuyển giữa Apple/Google hay giữa các app. Khôi phục mua hàng không khôi phục ảnh local đã xóa.
5. Hoạt động, an toàn và trách nhiệm
Khả năng hỗ trợ/kết quả phụ thuộc thiết bị, hệ điều hành, quyền và điều kiện sử dụng. Chúng tôi hướng tới app hữu ích, ổn định nhưng không bảo đảm không gián đoạn hoặc bảo đảm kết quả nghệ thuật cụ thể. Hãy lưu bản sao nội dung quan trọng khi app dùng lưu trữ local.
Chỉ làm theo hướng dẫn camera khi an toàn. Không đi vào khu vực nguy hiểm, cản trở người khác hoặc tạo dáng có nguy cơ chấn thương. Hướng dẫn là hỗ trợ sáng tạo, không phải đánh giá an toàn hoặc chỉ dẫn chuyên môn.
Điều khoản không loại trừ quyền, bảo đảm, biện pháp khắc phục hoặc trách nhiệm mà pháp luật không cho phép loại trừ, gồm bảo vệ người tiêu dùng. Bạn không phải từ bỏ các quyền đó để dùng app. Mọi giới hạn được phép đều chịu các quyền bắt buộc này.
6. Thay đổi, ngừng dùng và tranh chấp
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật tính năng/điều khoản và thông báo phù hợp khi thay đổi quan trọng. Thay đổi dịch vụ trả phí phải tôn trọng quyền mua, yêu cầu store và luật áp dụng. Tiếp tục sử dụng không thay cho sự đồng ý khi cần xin riêng. Ngày hiệu lực được cập nhật ở đầu trang.
Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng bất kỳ lúc nào; hủy gói riêng nếu không muốn gia hạn. Lạm dụng nghiêm trọng có thể bị hạn chế khi có khả năng kỹ thuật và hợp pháp, không tạo quyền tùy ý tước quyền mua hoặc xóa ảnh local.
Liên hệ linhhaofficial@gmail.com khi có vấn đề. Pháp luật bắt buộc và các quy định có hiệu lực của giấy phép store vẫn áp dụng. Điều khoản này không bắt buộc trọng tài, từ bỏ quyền khởi kiện tập thể hoặc từ bỏ tòa án/quyền bảo vệ người tiêu dùng theo luật áp dụng.
7. Epose và Epose Pro
Epose hỗ trợ chụp ảnh, tham khảo dáng/bố cục, màu, chỉnh cơ bản, thư viện local và xuất/chia sẻ. Mẫu/hướng dẫn không bảo đảm khớp mọi tư thế, đo chính xác thế giới thực hoặc bảo đảm ảnh đẹp. Một số ảnh mẫu là minh họa tạo bằng AI.
Bộ Free hiện gồm 15 dáng, 10 bố cục, Gốc và bốn màu. Epose Pro mở toàn bộ kho dáng/bố cục/màu hiện có khi quyền còn hiệu lực. Gói mua cấp quyền vào kho đang có; không hứa số lượng/lịch bổ sung nội dung cụ thể.
Khi được store cung cấp, Epose Pro có các kỳ 1/3/6/12 tháng. Kỳ và giá thực tế theo app/xác nhận store. Android thanh toán qua Google Play, iOS qua mua trong ứng dụng của Apple. Không có tài khoản Epose riêng để nối quyền giữa hai store.
Hết Pro vẫn dùng camera miễn phí và truy cập ảnh đã lưu. Ảnh/recipe đã lưu vẫn xem và xuất được; chọn nội dung trả phí mới cần Pro. Quyền có thể cần kiểm tra lại với store, không hứa xác minh offline vĩnh viễn.
Thư viện nằm trên thiết bị, không có cloud backup/khôi phục của Epose. Xuất ảnh quan trọng trước khi gỡ app, xóa dữ liệu, đổi máy hoặc reset. Bản đã xuất sang thư viện hệ thống/dịch vụ khác được quản lý riêng. Khôi phục Pro không khôi phục ảnh đã mất.
